Bracelet Stemglass
Invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy sometime between 1934 and 1948 by bar founder Giuseppe Cipriani. The name was inspired by a painting by 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini, the colour of the cocktail was reminiscent of a toga of a saint seen in the painting.
The Bellini is yet another popular cocktail hailing from Harry’s Bar and Giuseppe Cipriani who is well known among the cocktail world for pioneering modern mixology and owning dozens of the world’s best cocktail bars. The International Bartenders Association recognizes the Bellini as one if it’s official cocktails.
